Toni, RVT (Registered Veterinary Technician)

Toni was born and raised in Abilene, TX. She now lives in Lake Dallas with her Bichon Frise, Bishop. Toni became a Registered Veterinary Technician in May of 1999. She has been an employee of Josey Ranch Pet Hospital since 2005.

Ramiro, CVA II

Ramiro was born in Bayamon, Puerto Rico where he lived for 19 years until relocating to Temple, Texas. He later moved to Tampa Florida and stayed there for a year, before moving back to Texas for a job offer at Josey Ranch Pet Hospital as the kennel manager. Ramiro has worked with animals for 9 years. His experience with animals ranges from fish at a pet store to tigers and rhinos at Busch Gardens in Florida where he worked as a zoo keeper. Ramiro is now a veterinary technician at JRPH, but he hopes to someday attend veterinary medical school. Ramiro enjoys watching and playing football and other sports, as well as shooting billiards and traveling home to Puerto Rico. He has 2 dogs, Marley a Lab mix and Bacardi a Great Dane mix.

Sudha, CVA II

Sudha was born in New York, but raised in Carrollton, TX since the age of four. She graduated from Hebron High school in December 2003 and is now a full time student at Brookhaven. Sudha plans to transfer to A&M to become a veterinarian. She has a younger sister and both share a love of animals. Sudha has wanted to be a veterinarian since the age of nine. She likes to travel and did so with her parents up until the age of 4. She loves playing sports and trying and learning new things. She has 3 dogs, an Australian shepherd mix, a golden retriever and a longhaired Chihuahua.

Susan

Susan is originally from Atlanta, Georgia. She just celebrated her 26th year in veterinary medicine. She began her association with veterinary medicine as a receptionist in a small, south Georgia town after deciding that Orthodontics was NOT her forte'! She has been in the Dallas area for 24 years and joined a specialty practice of Neurology/Neurosurgery in the early 80's and became office manager. She was a part of this practice for seven years and when the neurologist retired, she then joined a general practice in North Dallas where she worked as veterinary technician for seven plus years. At this time, she decided to begin college in the field of social work and was employed with the North Texas Emergency Pet clinic part-time. Susan joined our practice here at Josey Ranch Pet Hospital in March of 2004 and will be with us through spring of 2007 when she will complete her Social Work Degree at T.W.U. She and her husband have been married 23 years and they have one son, Brandon, who is nineteen. The Conley's have four pets, “Amy:, a pug, “Lexie”, a lynx point Siamese, “Rainey”, a Manx and “Ringo”, an orange tabby.

Krystal

Krystal was born and raised in Dallas, TX. She has spent a few years living in New Mexico where her mother and sister live. She has a 5 year old son, Dylan, who has just started kindergarten and absolutely loves it! Her husband of 5 years, Michael, works as a sign electrician for a local company in the Irving/Dallas areas; he is soon to be working for the city. She has 3 cats: “Dusty” (3 ½ years), “Delila” (2 ½ years), and “Dottie” (2 years). She also has a husky puppy, “Rocky”, who is 10 months old. She has been working in the vet world for about 1 ½ years and someday hopes to attend vet school. For now though, she loves being a technician and will never work in any other field again.
