Cindy
Cindy was born in Dallas and has lived in Carrollton her whole life. She graduated from R.L. Turner High School in June 2010 where she was a part of the BioMedical Academy in preparation for her career in the medical field. She has worked at Josey Ranch since October 2008 but has volunteered there since the beginning of 2005, getting a feel for the veterinary profession. Cindy is staying home and attending Brookhaven Community College for her first year of college in order to get her basics completed, then she plans to transfer to Texas A&M beginning Fall 2011 to finish out her undergraduate school and major in Animal Science. After undergrad at A&M Cindy wants to attend vet school at A&M as well in order to achieve her lifelong dream of becoming a veterinarian.
In her last years of high school Cindy became involved in FFA, through which she raised and showed lamb projects and continues to do so as much as possible this last year she is able to. In her free time she enjoys hanging out with her friends, continuing her passion for raising lambs, and reading the Twilight book series and watching the movies over and over again. While her brother is away at Texas Tech during the school year, she shares her home with her 2 rescued dogs, a yorkiepoo, Bandit and a miniature schnauzer, Alysha. |
